"What a stunner! And what a treat having an outstanding Riesling ('05)with bottle age. The colour is still fairly pale although it is slightly deeper compared to 1-year-old Rieslings. The nose is gracefully elegant and gloriously complex exhibiting toast, lime zest and lemon curd characters. It’s intense on the palate showing seamless mouth-feel (5.4 g/l), biting acidity and a lovely tail that lingers on and on. At its best: now to 2012."
