Pelorus Brut is a chardonnay-predominant blend of selected vintages. It is a fresh, aperitif style sparkling wine with apple crisp flavours, underpinned by nutty yeast complexity derived from two years bottle maturation on lees.

Released in celebration of our 25th bday, Pelorus Rose is an elegant, fruit forward expression of Pinot Noir saignée sparkling.  Made in very limited quantities, the rose can be enjoyed at the Cloudy Bay Cellar Door.
